Ultimate 360's most popular course, conducted on a weekly basis. Learn proper breathing techniques, familiarize yourself with diaphragm breathing. Level 1 focuses teaches the fundamentals of safety, diving techniques and essential equipment.
SSI Level 2 will introduces knowledge of the mammilian dive reflex, advanced training methods for dedicated freedivers and teaches advanced skills. Level 2 is conducted semi-regularly and on demand
Level 3 and specialty courses prepare you to exceed your limits and enter the world of professionals and instructors.
You will be introduced to advanced divering and competition level techniques and training. This courses iare conducted on demand only and must be arranged in advance.
